Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Surrealism app, the loop library, and surrealism.app (the "Service"), operated by [legal entity] ("we", "us"). By downloading, purchasing, or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app and to download and play the loops for your own enjoyment. The Founder's Lifetime grants access to the library as described at the time of purchase, including future base loops. A subscription (where offered) grants access for as long as it is active.
What you may not do
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, or publicly broadcast the loops.
- Reverse engineer the app, circumvent licensing, or remove proprietary notices.
- Use the Service unlawfully or in a way that harms it or other users.
Ownership
The app, the loops, and the Surrealism and Surrealism Today brands are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a license, not ownership. Loops you add yourself remain yours, and you're responsible for having the rights to use them.
Purchases & pricing
Prices are shown at checkout and may include tax. One-time purchases are provided as described. We may change prices for future buyers; a price you already paid is not affected. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version.
